Door Suisse Technology Pte Ltd (DST) was founded in 2009 in Singapore, we specializes in design, assemble, install, commission and we also offers after sales services for all brands of automatic door and window systems. At DST, We stand by our motto “YOUR PARTNER IN ENTERANCE SOLUTION”. Our high-quality entrances systems that are technologically advanced, user-friendly and simple to use.
In 2016, we secured the exclusive distribution-ship with a Switzerland company agta record group, which manufactures high quality entrances system solution and with this tie-up, our product range includes sliding, folding, swing and revolving doors, airtight and hygienic doors, fire and smoke resistant doors, one-way door systems, high-speed gates for industrial applications and safety doors for use in escape and rescue routes. agta record also manufactures telescopic, round and angled sliding doors, as well as burglar resistant models. Door system peripherals are all record in-house developments, and manufactured exclusively by record in Switzerland.

How do I know if my part is under warranty?
Door Suisse Technology (DST) standard product and advanced system warranties are one year from time of installation. Repairs, spare parts and upgrades have a 6-month warranty from date of replacement. Contact us if you are unsure of your warranty status. Registration of warranty is a must to validate the warranty period.

What does our warranty cover?
Our local warranty covers onsite visitation during normal office hours by our specialist which also includes parts, labour for any manufacturing defect that are found on site within the given warranty period of 12 months.

How long will it take for a service man to attend?
Our standard turnaround time for onsite diagnostic and repair is usually within 4-hours from time of call (cut off timing will be 3pm daily) or next business day during the warranty period. There will be a transportation charges to for any services conducted after office hour, kindly contact us for further information.

Can I get a technician's repair report?
Technician's reports are available upon every repaired or service attendance.
